Yayasan Satu Karsa Karya (YSKK)
Yayasan Satu Karsa Karya (YSKK) as a non-governmental organization (NGO) was born on May 12, 2001 in Surakarta, Central Java has declared itself as part of the development of a critical and solutive nation by working ‘for and with’ marginalized societies – Powerless, especially women and children to become more empowered and fulfilled their basic rights; Economic, social, political, and cultural aspects. To date, the coverage of YSKK working areas, both on and off, is located in 5 Provinces (Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, Lampung, NTT and NTB); 13 districts/cities (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali, Gunungkidul, Sleman, Bandar Lampung, West Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, Mataram, Kupang District and Kupang City); 19 Sub-districts; And 49 Villages.
Various innovations that we have and are doing, among them: First. Women Empowerment Program which aims to strengthen women’s sovereignty in economy and politics. The scope of its activities includes Strengthening the Role of Women in the Politics of Village Development and Development of Women-Based Social Entrepreneurship. The target groups of the program are women administering village administration (village government apparatus, BPD), young TP-PKK village cadres, women’s cooperatives/women’s economic groups, and other women’s interest groups at the village level. Second. Child Empowerment Program that aims to improve the quality of life of children through education services that are fair and quality. The scope of its activities includes; Development of Community Based Child Friendly PAUD, MANTAP School Development (Transparent, Accountable and Participatory Management) and Strengthening Community Participation in Education through Revitalization of School Committees and Education Boards. The target groups of the program are early childhood, PAUD management, school committees, education councils, principals and teachers. Third. Data and Information Management which aims to document and disseminate YSKK’s innovative knowledge products and innovation experiences. The scope of its activities includes Development of Various Products of Knowledge (books, films, leaflets, bulletins) and Social Media Management (web, Facebook fanpage, Twitter).
With a long experience of more than 15 years, YSKK has experienced in consulting services to partners, such as: Global Fund for Women, Jepang Embassy, New Zealand Embassy, VSO, PLAN International Indonesia, NZAID, TIFA, World Bank, GTZ, CRS, The Global Fund for Children, AusAID, Terre Des Hommes, USAID, Exxon Mobile, YTS, PPRBM, Education Agency of Surakarta City, Agency for Women Development, Child Protection, and Family Planning of Central Java Province, etc.
The purpose of YSKK’s consulting and training services is to provide solutions to problems as well as to improve the performance of organizations and individuals involved in implementing community development programs.

MICRO-SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Micro-Small Business is a base of populist economic power that is quite resilient to face the crisis. Micro-Small Business can maintain the stability of the domestic economy, because it is independent and does not depend on macroeconomic conditions. This Micro-Small Business Management Training designed specifically to enhance the business capacity of the community. Candidates and micro-small business actors and business facilitators become the target of participants, so it will have the capacity and able to manage and accompany the micro-small business actors well.

TRAINING OF FACILITATOR (TOF) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Community facilitators who empower communities should be able to portray themselves as drivers, catalysts, motivators, to influence the processes of decision-making in society. The training is designed specifically for community empowerment program facilitators, as well as anyone who wants to play a role in community empowerment processes, which will have the capacity and ability to play the roles of empowerment, community organizing, human resource development, and problem solving based on needs.

FAMILY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Managing family finances is not easy. Good family financial management can utilize awareness, attitudes, behavior, and ability of family members and move the family’s economic potential. This Family Financial Management Training is specifically designed to improve the economic management of the families and businesses of assisted communities. Members of cooperatives/ BMTs, bank/BPR customers, UMKM actors, and facilitators/field officers become appropriate target participants.

VILLAGE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING (BUMDES)
Villages as the smallest regional structures and governments that are in direct contact with the community should be the focus and main basis for the implementation of community development programs. With the authority possessed by the village as stated in the Village Law No. 6 of 2014, the village should be able to design innovative local potency-based on community development programs as an effort to strengthen the populist economy. The Village Social Entrepreneurship Training (BUMDes) is specifically designed to increase the capacity of participants in developing productive enterprises based on sustainable village potentials based on community empowerment in an effort to realize village and community self-reliance. Thus, the Village Head, BPD, LKMD, Village Facilitator/Activist, and Dinas/SKPD officials become the appropriate target participants to be actively involved in this training.
Training Matter :
PARTICIPATORY VILLAGES DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING
The implementation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 on Village (Village Law) becomes an important momentum for the village. There are five basic changes in village governance such as recognition of diversity, village authority, financial and asset consolidation, integrated planning and democratization in the village. In the future, the active participation of the community in the process of development and village governance is absolutely necessary. Participation is not limited to being understood in terms of attendance, but rather community access to decision-making from planning, implementation, and supervision. The training was specifically designed to increase the capacity of participants in participatory village development management. Thus, the Village Head, BPD, LKMD, Village Facilitator/Activist, and Dinas/SKPD officials become the appropriate target participants to be actively involved in this training.
Training Matter :
The training uses andragogic approach by exploring the experience of participants as adults, putting the studying population as subject of learning, and applying participatory learning techniques. Learning is done in the room and outdoors (learn directly in the field). Learning method used is very varied in accordance with the needs and learning objectives to be achieved such as discussion, roleplay, brainstorming, assignments, games, lectures, and so forth.
TRAINING FASILITATOR AND RESOURCE PERSONS
The facilitators and resource persons of the training are YSKK staffs/consultants and Academics/ Practitioners who have the knowledge, skills and experience in implementing the community development program according to the needs of the trainees.
The training will be held in Solo, Central Java The Spirit of Java.
Recognizing the ever-increasing need to improve the quality of the community development program, YSKK offers consulting services to potential partners with the development and improvement of the quality of community development programs that will/are being implemented, wich include:
The context and needs of each organization are unique. Therefore the consultation and training materials will be developed based on the context and needs of partner organizations. YSKK will explore general information about partner organizations, design actions to be provided, and consult with partners for goal setting and expected results.
The training was conducted using a combination of approaches between Adult Education and Appreciative Inquriy (AI). The spirit that is carried is participative, appreciate the achievements that have been achieved and develop them critically to reach a better future. Participatory methods by placing participants as learning resources with diverse delivery methods, such as brainstorming, group discussions, plenary, games, case studies, and so on; Will make the training facilitated by YSKK more easily accepted by the participants. In consultation services, the method applied generally puts forward the ‘participant’s point of view’ approach, where the solutions needed for organization-based and contextual-based issues.
The consultants/facilitators assigned to implement or facilitate the activities is the staffs/ consultants of YSKK who has the expertise, knowledge, sufficient experience, and in accordance with the required field.
Technical aspects covering place, time, and budget requirements are discussed to adjust the type and volume of activities, as well as the needs of partners/clients.
